The house will comfortably sleep up to 12 people in its 3 bedrooms, loft, and living room with a pool-out couch.

1st (Master) Bedroom has a Queen size bed

2nd bedroom has 2 Full beds (sleeps 4)

3rd berdoom has 1 Full bed

Loft has a Full size futon

Living room pull-out couch is a Queen

Additional air mattresses are also available (should you need to accomodate more guests)
